A passionate homegrown cook and mother of two teenagers, Jessica grew up surrounded by the culinary expertise of cooks and cookbook authors. Her love for cooking and caring for others inspires her mission: to provide nourishing, tailored meals for new and healing birthing parent during one of life’s most transformative times.
As a new birthing parent, the last thing you want to think about is preparing meals for yourself or your family. That’s where she comes in, using the finest ingredients, including 100% organic (even straight from the farmer’s market!) or grass-fed options, to create menus customized to the unique needs of each birthing parent or family. Every meal is thoughtfully crafted to accommodate allergies, dietary restrictions, or personal preferences—it’s never one-size-fits-all.
Designed with postpartum nutrition in mind, these meals ensure new birthing parents receive the nourishment needed to heal, recover, and thrive. Flexible packages are available, whether for one-time deliveries or ongoing meal plans.
